Megan Fox, 36, and her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), 32, are reportedly attending couples therapy in a bid to salvage their troubled relationship.
A source close to the couple revealed to PEOPLE that the actress is "having a hard time trusting" her musician partner following infidelity rumors, which she has denied.
The Transformers star attended Vanity Fair's Oscars afterparty on March 12 without her engagement ring or her fiancé. An insider told Life & Style, "Megan was definitely sending a message. She hasn't been wearing her ring anywhere. It's safe to say that she and MGK are on a break."
Fox had previously addressed rumors surrounding MGK's guitarist, Sophie Lloyd, stating, "There has been no third-party interference in this relationship of any kind." However, insiders claim the couple's relationship remains rocky, with one source suggesting that their future together seems "pretty unlikely right now."
The couple, who met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass in March 2020 and got engaged in January 2022, has always had a tumultuous relationship, according to insiders. While some friends believe they are trying to mend their relationship, others think there is no fixing it and that they are done.
Fox recently deactivated her Instagram account after removing all traces of MGK and posting a cryptic message hinting at a potential breakup. Though she has since returned to the platform and denied any cheating, her Instagram account still features no posts as of Friday.
