Sources are revealing the supposed next move of Tom Brady after announcing his retirement.
Page Six learned from insiders that the 45-year-old athlete will focus on his three children as he embarks on the new chapter of his life. Co-parenting with his former wife, Gisele Bündchen, and his former partner, Bridget Moynahan, with whom he welcomed his first child, is said to be his main priority.
One of the sources explained to the publication that Brady is “ready to give everything to his family and his new life” after giving “everything he had to his final NFL season.” It is also stated that his three children “ultimately were the reason why he made this decision” to retire.
As for his love life, the professional athlete is not reportedly “formally dating anyone right now.” He is said to be “all about the kids,” despite his friends allegedly wanting to set him up now that he is single.
The insider added in the exchange with the outlet, Tom Brady “never thought that he and Gisele would get divorce,” noting that “he didn’t want a divorce.”
The model and the former NFL star announced their divorce in October.
Taking their news to Instagram, the two personalities shared that they finalized their divorce after 13 years of marriage.
Brady announced his retirement earlier on Wednesday.
On Instagram, the quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers posted a video sharing his news with his fans and followers.
In the clip, the athlete said he is “retiring for good.” He also talked about how he wanted to let everyone know about his move and recalled how “the process was a pretty big deal last time” when he first made his bid to exit.
Tom Brady later thanked everyone, including his family, teammates, and opponents, adding, “Thank you guys for allowing me to live my absolute dream. I wouldn’t change a thing.”
Page Six said elsewhere in its report, published Wednesday, that the former NFL player has been secretly preparing for a new life in Miami these past few months.
It comes after sources told the publication that Tom Brady has rented an apartment in the Surfside area, adding that he allegedly pays $70,000 per month.
The professional athlete reportedly hopes that construction for his Indian Creek estate would conclude within six to eight months “if things go to plan,” with an insider adding, “Until then, he is renting.”
It is also claimed that this “offers him the privacy he needs, and all the luxury he is used to. Plus it is great for the kids.”
Amid all the reports, though, Brady has yet to confirm the claims. He has also yet to comment on his next move following his retirement.
