Victoria Beckham and David Beckham allegedly want their son Brooklyn Beckham to always remember that their home is open for him anytime he wants to come home.

Brooklyn did not celebrate Christmas and New Year with his family in London because he spent the holidays with his wife’s family in the United States.

According to Woman’s Day, this added more tension to the Beckham household and between Victoria and her daughter-in-law, Nicola Peltz.

So, over the holiday season, David and Victoria penned a post on their social media account where they also gave Brooklyn a special shout-out.

“It was David and Victoria’s way of telling Brooklyn, and the world, that their door would always be open for him. But sadly for them, it’s had the opposite effect,” the source said.

The source added that Brooklyn did not feel as though his parents were extending an olive branch to his wife because they did not mention Peltz in their caption.

“She feels like she’s at war with them over Brooklyn and it really upsets her. It was their first Christmas together as a married couple and she’s sad the Beckhams can’t just let it go,” the source said.

But there was also no denying the fact that Brooklyn and Peltz had a wonderful New Year celebration to remember. After all, they partied with Selena Gomez, and the singer even joked that they were in a throuple.

Despite the separate festivities, there’s still no proof that the Beckhams are at odds with Peltz. Brooklyn simply did not celebrate the holidays with his family because he now has a wife.

So, it wasn’t unusual for Brooklyn to want to celebrate the holidays with his wife.

There’s also no proof that David and Victoria took offense over their son’s decision not to celebrate Christmas with them. The couple still managed to spend the holidays with their other children and they must have also phoned Brooklyn.

All these claims are just being made up to try and prove that there are still tensions between Victoria and Peltz even when there are none. In fact, the American model previously admitted that the rumors make her feel sad because they aren’t true.

Victoria gets along well with Peltz and Brooklyn also gets along well with his in-laws.
