Prince Harry, allegedly, surprised his wife, Meghan Markle with a ring and a bouquet of roses on their second wedding anniversary.
A source told Us Weekly that the royal couple managed to enjoy each other’s company on May 19. Prince Harry and Markle celebrated at the comfort of their own home because of the coronavirus lockdown.
“They got to enjoy each other’s company without any interruption from the outside world,” the source said.
The source also said that Markle has been seeing her mom, Doria Ragland regularly.
Even though the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have only been living in Los Angeles for less than three months, they are, allegedly, thriving back home.
“They’re content and happy to finally be settled in,” the source said.
However, Prince Harry and Markle recently experienced some threats to their safety after they spotted drones flying over Tyler Perry’s home in Beverly Hills.
A source told the same publication that the Sussexes immediately called the police to report the incident. The insider also said that the security threats involving Prince Harry and Markle have been escalating and becoming more aggressive.
Earlier this year, former royal protection officer Simon Morgan said that Prince Harry and Markle would lose their support network the minute they leave the United Kingdom.
He also said that Prince Harry and Markle will struggle because they will no longer be entitled to the same protection that they received as senior working royals.
Morgan described Prince Harry and Markle as two global icons. As such, the threat level against the royal couple is extremely high. And it is unlikely for this threat to go away anytime soon.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex said that one of their reasons for leaving the United Kingdom is for safety and protection. However, they haven’t been able to keep a low-profile in the United States.
This week, Sunday Mirror revealed that the royal couple hired Ronald Regan’s former security chief, Gavin de Becker to protect them and their son, Archie.
A source told the publication that Prince Harry and Markle have full confidence in de Becker’s firm, which is highly recommended.
De Becker’s firm also happens to be the biggest and far most respected one in Los Angeles. However, their charges aren’t cheap. But since Prince Harry and Markle only want the best, they need to pay for it.
