Joy Behar allegedly made her The View co-hosts feel uncomfortable when she told them stories about her nudist lifestyle with her husband Steve Janowitz.
A source told Globe that Behar’s co-hosts couldn’t care less about what she and her husband do in private.
“Joy’s not one to hold back when it comes to her opinion, and the same goes for details about her personal life. She says she loves stripping off the minute she gets home after a long hard day on set and Steve is happy to join her,” the source said.
The source also claimed to know that Behar and Janowitz love to do in their free time.
“One of their favorite things to do is watch TV while lying around in the buff and snacking on something yummy. She never fails to remind her co-hosts of that, but it grosses them out and they’re sick of hearing about it. Even newcomer Alyssa Farah Griffin has been left practically speechless,” the source said.
According to the source, no one wants to imagine 80-year-old Behar sitting naked with her husband. But there’s also no denying the fact that the host has an unconventional relationship with Janowitz.
After all, they only decided to tie the knot after 29 years of being in a relationship.
“Nobody wants to imagine Joy sitting on the floor butt-naked eating cannoli with Steve. It looks like her co-workers will have to grin and bear it,” the source said.
As of late, none of The View hosts have publicly complained about Behar talking about her nudist lifestyle with them or on the show. This proves that the tabloid’s claims are inaccurate.
The only correct information is that Behar did not shy away from telling the public that she enjoys sitting and eating on the floor while she’s naked. However, Behar did not divulge any more details about her personal life with Janowitz.
So, everything else that the tabloid is saying about the host and her husband is just made up.
Meanwhile, Behar also made headlines this week after she was forced to apologize for an incorrect statement that she made before The View continued.
“I want to correct something I said on air when I stated that People of Praise had been deemed a hate group. I just got them mixed up with another group. It was inaccurate…So, I have to say sorry about that. It was just, I conflated them,” she said (via The Sun).
