Millie Bobby Brown did not shy away from sharing praises toward Jake Bongiovi.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight at the premiere of “Enola Holmes 2,” the 18-year-old actress shared some thoughts about her boyfriend, who posed with her on the red carpet. As noted, it came after the interviewer provided some compliments to the two personalities during the event.
Brown stated that Bongiovi, who is the 20-year-old son of Jon Bon Jovi, is “pretty unbelievable.” While she did not share further details as to why she deemed her boyfriend that way, the outlet revealed that she said it with a broad smile before looking back at him.
Jake Bongiovi and the “Stranger Things” star first sparked dating speculations in 2021. It was after the former posted a photo together with the latter and uploaded it on Instagram with the caption, “BFF,” according to Us Weekly.
The two celebrities seemingly remained silent about the status of their relationship. But, in November of the same year, Millie Bobby Brown shared a blurry photo of them embracing each other.
The outlet continued that Bongiovi and the “Enola Holmes” star made their red carpet debut in March 2022. They have since continued to post sweet snaps of them together on their respective social media accounts.
Elsewhere in the exchange with ET, Millie Bobby Brown talked about “Enola Holmes,” particularly the first film’s success and how it connects with the audience. She explained that viewers can likely connect with her titular character “because they feel like they’re breaking the fourth wall.”
The outlet, in the same report published Thursday, quoted the young celebrity, stating, “I think there's a part of the film that the audience feels like they can connect with Enola because they feel like they're breaking the fourth wall.”
It continues, “It feels like there's a better connection.... and I think when people, especially when young people, watch the film, they're like, 'Oh, she's talking to us,' and it feels like you have a relationship with her, you have a friendship with her. And it really feels like you're growing on the journey."
The first installment to the “Enola Holmes” film series dropped on Netflix in September 2020. Months after speculations about a sequel, reports confirmed in May 2021 that there would be a follow-up to the material.
“Enola Holmes 2” will premiere on the streaming giant on November 4. Millie Bobby Brown and Henry Cavill will reprise their respective roles as Enola and Sherlock Holmes.
