Khloe Kardashian is breaking her silence to defend Kim Kardashian and the rest of her family.
On Instagram, the 38-year-old reality star commented on one of Kanye West’s recent posts in light of the controversy surrounding his Yeezy fashion show.
In the social media update, which he captioned, “The children are our future,” in all caps, the “Donda” rapper appears to bring up the issues he has had with the Kardashians about his children. He also praised Candace Owens as “the only public figure to say that it was wrong” for the reality stars to keep him from seeing his daughter with Kim.
Khloe addressed the said “issue” in the comments section, initially telling West that she does not “want to do this on social media.” She argued, however, that she is sharing her piece because the rapper “keeps bringing it here,” on Instagram.
The Good American co-founder noted in her comment that the “Flashing Lights” artist is the “father of my nieces and nephews,” adding that she is “trying to be respectful.” However, she urged him to “stop tearing Kimberly down” and using their family when he wants to “deflect.”
Khloe Kardashian continued that they “all know the truth” about the “birthday narrative.” She stated, “Enough already,” and added, “Everyone’s tired of it.”
People, in its report covering the matter, quoted the latter part of the reality star’s comment on Kanye West’s post, writing:
“You know exactly where your children are at all times and YOU wanted separate birthdays. I have seen all of the texts to prove it. And when you changed your mind and wanted to attend, you came.”
It continues, “Like you have pointed out yourself, she is the one taking care of your kids 80 [percent] of the time.”
In the end, Khloe reiterated to West that he should “leave” Kim and the rest of the family “out of it so that the kids can be raised peacefully.” She also pointed out that she comes “from a place of love and I am happy to continue this conversation privately if you wish.”
A few hours later, Kanye West hit back and made a response to Khloe Kardashian.
On his official Instagram account, Ye shared a screenshot of the “Revenge Body” host’s lengthy comment and shared his reply in the caption in all caps, writing, “You are lying and are liars.”
West said in his response that the Kardashians “basically kidnapped” his daughter “on her birthday so she could remember her father not being there.”
The rapper also reiterated his previous claim that Travis Scott, Kylie Jenner’s partner, gave him the address to his child’s birthday party, adding that it is how the Kardashians “play with black fathers.”
Elsewhere in Kanye West’s response to Khloe Kardashian’s comment, he stated that he should see his children, whom he shares with Kim Kardashian, “100 [percent] of the time.” He countered, however, that “since there’s a separation,” the setup “should have been 50 [percent] of the time.”
The “Heartless” singer concluded his post with, “Y’all wouldn’t have played with Donda like that, in Jesus name.”
