Shailene Woodley feels “nurtured,” and she is letting everyone know.
On Wednesday, the “Divergent” actress shared a selfie on Instagram and wrote a lengthy caption. She appears to have given her fans and followers an update on what has been going on with her since the start of June.
Woodley says, “To the month of June,... you nurtured this woman’s head + heart.” She continues, “You gave me oxygen in the form of friends, babies, trees, magic, DANCING, animals, salt, sun, deep conversations, six packs from laughing, availability in the form of tears, PLAY, sunrises, hallway tag, goofiness, spontaneity, pita bread (so much pita!), hellos and goodbyes.”
The 30-year-old actress also revealed that a “beautiful wise Italian in New York” previously told her she would have the “best month ever” this June. She consequently stated that “he was not wrong.”
The celebrity later concluded the post, saying, “god I’m grateful.”
Shailene Woodley’s post has since received over 120,000 likes. Hundreds of netizens have also shared some of their thoughts in the comment section.
Most of the commenters posted red heart emojis. Others, meanwhile, expressed their adoration and support for the
“Big Little Lies” star.
Page Six said that Shailene Woodley has been sharing updates about her life, posting pictures and clips regularly for her fans and followers these past few weeks.
It comes after she and Aaron Rodgers called it quits on their on-again, off-again relationship.
At the time, sources told People that the pair had broken up again, claiming that Woodley “felt everything was on [Rodgers]’ terms and it was not making her happy.”
The reported split came months after they called off their engagement in February.
When asked for a comment, the magazine noted that the reps for both personalities did not immediately respond. To date, no official word has been heard yet from both parties.
Shailene Woodley and Aaron Rodgers have been private about their relationship since it began sometime in 2020. Us Weekly reported, however, that the romance speculations seemingly emerged in the summer of that year.
It was not until February 2021 that sources confirmed the pair’s relationship. A source spoke to the outlet, revealing that the actress and the NFL star “started off as friends, but things have turned romantic.”
Days after news of their relationship surfaced across media platforms, Rodgers surprised his audience at the NFL Honors awards when he shared he “got engaged.” Woodley later confirmed with Jimmy Fallon on “The Tonight Show” that she and her partner had been engaged “for a while.”
