Jada Pinkett-Smith has been dubbed as a boss from hell.
In its June 13 issue, National Enquirer claimed that the public has been crucifying Will Smith for what he did at the Oscars. But what they are forgetting is the fact that the actor’s wife is much worse than him.
A source claimed that Pinkett-Smith’s mean streak has gone unnoticed because of Will.
“Compared to Jada, Will is a sweetheart. Jada is the boss from hell. The turnover of her staff on her Red Table Talk show is very high. It is common knowledge in the business no one lasts very long on that show,” the source said.
The source also claimed that Jada wants to have all the control on the set of Red Table Talk. And this isn’t sitting well with some of the executives that she’s working with.
What’s worse is that the staff at Red Table Talk do not know which Jada they will see on a particular day.
“Some days she loves you, on others she hates you. Everyone’s career is literally in the hands of her mood,” the source said.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.
No one has come forward to complain about Jada on Red Table Talk. This means that she has a wonderful relationship with her staff.
Meanwhile, the Gotham star made headlines recently after she finally addressed her husband’s controversy on Red Table Talk. During her brief speech, Jada also raised awareness for alopecia, which is an autoimmune disease.
“Now, about Oscar night, my deepest hope is that these two intelligent, capable men have an opportunity to heal, talk this out, and reconcile. In the state of the world today, we need them both, and we all actually need one another more than ever. Until then, Will and I are continuing to do what we have done for the last 28 years, and that keeps figuring out this thing called life together. Thank you for listening,” she said (via CNN).
Jada also said that she wants to continue raising awareness about alopecia. And she also interviewed a mom whose child suffers from the illness. The woman thanked the actress and her husband because more people Googled and started learning about the illness after Will and Chris Rock’s altercation at the Oscars.
