Kim Kardashian gave Pete Davidson an “adorable nod” while they are continents away. She reportedly found a way to make sure that he stays with her despite the distance.
Mail Online said that the reality star had her boyfriend’s initials on her new nail polish design. Based on the photo she posted on Instagram, her pink nail on her ring finger had crystals that spelled out the letter “P.”
Kardashian did not specify, however, whether it was indeed a gesture for Davidson, who was not with her in Italy. She only used the nail polish emoji for the caption of the post.
Even so, several fans and followers alluded that the 41-year-old socialite made it for her comedian partner. One netizen reportedly commented, “you love you some Pete Davidson.”
Kim Kardashian’s post comes soon after she made a collage of Pete Davidson’s “Saturday Night Live” looks and characters. She posted it on her Instagram Stories following his exit from the sketch comedy and variety show on Saturday.
Earlier that day, the 28-year-old comedian announced his final bow on the material through Dave Sirus’ official Instagram account. He posted a video from eight years ago and wrote a lengthy message in the caption.
Davidson noted that Jerrod [Carmichael] sent the clip to him the night before, adding that it made him “super emotional in the best way.” The ten-second video features him hugging Carmichael.
The now-alum of “Saturday Night Live” continued that the clip shows he had just gotten back from doing his very first sketch. He noted that “it is crazy to think that today [he] would be doing [his] last one.”
Aside from describing “SNL” as a “historic, respected show and platform,” Pete Davidson also referred to it as his “home.” He consequently shared that he owes his life to the show, as well as its creator, Lorne Michaels.
The comedian then went on to state that he is “so grateful,” and would not be where he is right now without them. He added, “I appreciate you guys always having my back and sticking up for me even when that was not the popular opinion.”
Davidson concluded that he is “so happy and sad” about his last participation on the show, which aired on Saturday. “For so many reasons I can’t explain” before saying, “can’t wait to be back next year in a Mulaney musical number.”
It remains unclear why Pete Davidson has left “Saturday Night Live.” But, E! News reported that it probably has something to do with “Bupkis,” a straight-to-order series that will be a fictionalized version of the comedian’s real life.
Fans and followers have also reportedly speculated that it has links to his romance with Kim Kardashian.
