Jason Momoa has officially moved on. He is reportedly in a “casual” relationship with Eiza Gonzalez as they work together on their upcoming film, “Fast X.”
A source exclusively told Us Weekly that the two celebrities are “dating.” While it is deemed “casual,” they are said to be “having fun and getting to know each other.”
Momoa and Gonzalez are allegedly “very attracted” to each other. As claimed, “there has been an attraction” since the first time they met.
As the dating reports continue to develop these past few days, the two stars have yet to make any official statement. They have seemingly remained silent regarding the matter.
The romance rumors first emerged on Saturday after an insider shared some information with People, according to Page Six. As reported, Jason Momoa “cares about” Eiza Gonzalez, adding that he is “quite busy” and in a “great place.”
A different source, who is said to be close to both celebrities, consequently told the magazine that the two are “both busy with work,” although they are “having fun together.” With regard to the alleged romantic tie, it is reportedly “nothing serious yet.”
The publication, later on, noted that Gonzalez and Momoa first met on the set of “Fast X.”
Witnesses also spotted the “Aquaman” star at the premiere of the actress’s new film, “Ambulance,” earlier in April. But, as pointed out, they did not walk the red carpet together.
Jason Momoa’s last relationship was with his then-wife, Lisa Bonet. The couple of 17 years shocked the public upon announcing their split after five years of marriage earlier in January.
On Instagram, the former couple released a joint official statement, which is now no longer on the “Game of Thrones” actor’s feed. They shared with their fans and followers that they were “parting ways in marriage.”
Bonet and Momoa explained that they shared it with the public “not because [they] think it is newsworthy.” Instead, they did it to allow themselves to “go about [their] lives… with dignity and honesty.”
In the same post, the parents of two kids emphasized that the love between them “carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived,” adding that they “free each other to be who [they] are learning to become.”
Sources at the time claimed that the decision to divorce was “due to personality differences,” according to Elle. It all reportedly “started to cause friction because [Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet] wanted to live different lives."
