Sophie Turner has her child and her husband to thank for improving her skills and talent in acting. She recently revealed that becoming a mother “has made [her] a better actor.”
Cheat Sheet reported that the “Game of Thrones” star shared her realizations during a recent conversation with The Wrap’s “UnWrapped” podcast. She began by stating that “the concept of family has made [her] an entirely much more emotional person.”
Turner continued that because of this, it has made her a “better actor… for becoming a mother.” She noted that her feelings of “empathy [are] heightened,” adding that all the emotions are “overflowing.”
The 26-year-old celebrity further explained her thoughts, saying that “the only way to become a brilliant actor is to experience as much life as possible,” and bring these things in within the dynamic. Accordingly, motherhood is “another little part of life” that she currently experiences, and they allow her to bring them in and “hopefully” help her performance.
The same publication, later on, recalled that Sophie Turner once deemed being a mother her “favorite job.” In honor of last year’s Mother’s Day, she took her thoughts to Instagram and, also, thanked the “two loves of [her] life for making her a mama.”
The “Dark Phoenix” actress’s latest assertions about motherhood came weeks after news broke that she and Joe Jonas are expecting their second baby. A source confirmed the pregnancy of the pair to E! News earlier in March.
Sophie Turner sparked second pregnancy rumors after stepping out in a teal maxi dress with a baby bump in February. She had another public outing with her husband days after, donning a crop top as she cradled her bump.
The celebrity couple have since maintained their privacy and silence regarding the expansion of their little family. It, also, remains unclear when their second baby will arrive.
Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas have always been private about their relationship. They rarely give their fans and followers updates, much like what happened with their surprise wedding and first pregnancy.
The “X-Men: Apocalypse” actress and the “Sucker” singer welcomed their first child amid the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The milestone took place more than a year after their wedding.
Jonas and Turner’s romance seemingly began in late 2016, during the holiday season, according to Us Weekly. About a year later, they got engaged and went on to tie the knot twice in 2019.
