Loss and grief are the subjects of the recent posts Shailene Woodley recently made on social media. It all comes after multiple sources have claimed that she and Aaron Rodgers had broken up again.
Us Weekly shared the messages the actress posted on her official Instagram account. On Wednesday, using the Story feature of the platform, the actress shared a quote from author Martin Prechtel.
It reads, “grief expressed out loud for someone we have lost, or a country or home we have lost, is in itself the greatest praise we could ever give them.” The post continues, “grief is praise, because it is the natural way love honors what it misses.”
It, then, concludes, “seeing grief in this way helps us respect what we are going through, rather than being mired in shame and discouragement on top of the pain we already feel.”
The same publication noted that Shailene Woodley reposted a clip, which “The Soul Awakening” had originally shared, hours before the cryptic messages. The video features a text that reads, “my inner thoughts: you can’t get over this.”
She, then, reportedly followed it with the word “me,” as well as a video of a man executing impossible high jump feet.
Earlier this week, Aaron Rodgers and Shailene Woodley made headlines, once again, because of their relationship. Sources claimed that the two celebrities had broken up again after weeks of reported reconciliation.
Speaking to E! News, an insider alleged that the “Divergent” actress “tried to give it another shot,” referencing the romance between Woodley and Rodgers. However, “she quickly saw that everything was on his terms and nothing was going to change.”
Accordingly, “there was no reason to continue and she is done with again.”
Amid all the assertions, though, the “Big Little Lies” star and the NFL quarterback have yet to make any comment. They appear to have continued to maintain their silence regarding the matter as they have done in the past.
The split rumors come weeks after reports of reconciliation between Shailene Woodley and Aaron Rodgers took the spotlight. Witnesses saw them together on multiple occasions after their reported breakup in February.
Sources at the time told People that the pair had ended their engagement about a year after making it known before the public. It was said that the split was “amicable,” adding that the relationship “just was not working.”
Rodgers and Woodley were claimed to be “very different people,” as well, who have “busy careers, and there were obstacles that they could not surmount.” As added, “it just did not work out for them.”
