Gregory Tyree Boyce, who had a small part in the hit movie Twilight was found dead at his home. He was only 30 years old.

But, what is even more tragic is that he was not alone. Hollywood Life reports that his girlfriend, 27-year-old Natalie Adejopu, was also found dead at the scene. They were found on May 13 at their condo in Las Vegas, NV. It is still unclear what exactly caused their deaths, but CNN said that the deaths were not a criminal incident. 

For those who are not familiar with Boyce, he played the character, Tyler Crowley, in the first installment of the movie franchise. While not one of the major characters in the movie, he did play a pivotal part. 

It was his character Tyler who was driving the car that almost hit Bella Swan, leading Edward to stop the car with his vampire strength. Aside from 'Twilight', he only acted in one other project, a video short entitled, Apocalypse. 

His girlfriend, meanwhile, is said to be a licensed therapist, according to her Instagram account. She leaves behind a son who is four years old. Boyce has a child too, a ten-year-old daughter named Alaya, from a previous relationship. 

His mother confirmed the news of his death and also penned a tribute for her son. She said that her son was a great chef and was actually preparing to start his own business, a wings place that he would call West Wings. He had already created his menu and even named his creations after West Coast Rappers. 

While Twilight may not have brought him more projects than he wanted, it was the launching pad for the film's breakout stars, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, who played the roles of Bella and Edward respective. They both gained worldwide recognition after playing their roles for a total of five movies. After the Twilight saga ended they went on to star in other films, including Charlie's Angels for Stewart. Pattinson, meanwhile, is set to play the title role in 'The Batman' movie, which will be shown in 2021. 

The two famously dated during the height of their popularity but it ended when the scandal broke out that Stewart was having an affair with her 'Snow White and the Huntsman' director Rupert Sanders. Although they initially reconciled after the affair, the broke up again months later and have moved on to other relationships.
