Chris Noth and Tara Wilson could allegedly be heading for a $25 million divorce.
In its Feb. 7 issue, Globe claimed that Wilson was recently photographed without her wedding ring on her finger. And this signifies that her marriage to Noth is on the rocks.
A source claimed that it wouldn’t be a surprise if Wilson decides to leave Noth especially after he was accused of sexually abusing at least two women while they are still married.
The Sex and the City actor has denied the allegations, but fans are not convinced that he’s telling the truth. In fact, Noth’s co-stars also sided with the alleged victims and not with the actor.
“The problem is that even if Chris did not do what these women claim, he still appears to have had some kind of sexual encounter with them during his marriage and romance with Tara,” the source said.
The insider also claimed that Noth has no other choice but to wait until the scandal dies down or until after he’s proven to not be guilty.
“Chris honestly feels like his life is over. I think that drinking has played a big role in his problems. Everything is taking a toll. His friends would like him to get some help,” the source said.
However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.
There are several reasons why Wilson may have opted to not wear her wedding ring in public. It is possible that she was on her way to a place where rings shouldn’t be worn.
As of late, Noth and Wilson have not announced their plans to split or even to get a divorce. So, everything that the tabloid is saying is just based on hearsay.
Last week, another tabloid claimed that Wilson was ready to throw her marriage down the drain because she couldn’t believe that her husband would cheat on him.
Unfortunately, Wilson allegedly believed the allegations over her husband that’s why their marriage is falling apart.
However, none of these claims are true. As of late, Noth has not yet been convicted of anything. He continues to deny the allegations, but he was already removed from two of his shows.
It’s unclear how the sexual misconduct allegations would move forward, but it’s highly likely for justice to be served in the coming months.
